INGREDIENTS

Myda flour 4 cups
Sugar 4 cups
Cardamoms 2-3
Coconut dry 3 cups
Ghee or oil 6 cup

PROCEDURE

Mix sugar powder, cardamom powder, coconut grated , keep aside. Mix myda flour with water and little bit ghee to form a hard dough,, Take a small ball of it and roll it to make a round shape, Put two spoons of sugar mixture into it, and fold it , on the edges make some designs with the help of spoon .Wet the edges with the help of finger to cover it, Fry it in the oil. When golden color remove it and eat. This is a very famous dish for Ganapathy Festival.
