Ingredients
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup mango pulp
2 tsp besan
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp jeera seeds
4-5 curry leaves
1/2 tsp ginger paste
Sugar to taste (optional)
Method
1. Add mango pulp to the buttermilk and mix well. Add salt and besan and mix well.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry jeera seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and ginger paste.
4. Add this tadka to the buttermilk and mango mixture and mix well.
5. Serve hot with rice.
Serving tip: Add a little sugar, if the buttermilk is sour.
