INGREDIENTS:
Oil 2 tbsp
Bay leaf 2 nos
Panchphoran 2 1/2 tsp
Chopped onion 30 gms
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Haldi 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water 90 ml
Potatoes (diced & boiled) 200 gms
Khus-khus paste 3 tsp
Garnish
Dhaniya leaves
PROCEDURE:
- Take oil add bay leaves and panch phoran (kalonji1/4 tsp,methi 1/4 tsp, mustard 1/4 tsp, saunf 1/2 tsp, jeera 1 tsp)
- When it crackles add chopped onion and saute till light brown.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- Add khus-khus paste, haldi, dhaniya powder, salt, red chili powder.
- Mix together. Add around 90 ml of water.
- Finally add potatoes. Bring to boil and simmer till potatoes are fully cooked.
- Garnish with dhaniya leaves.
