INGREDIENTS:
GROUP 1
Boiled potatoes 3
Sabudana 50 gms(soaked in water)
Suaang ke chawal ka atta 2 tbsp
Sendhe salt to taste
GROUP 2
Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Finely chopped chilli 1 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander 1 tbsp
Finely chopped cashew nuts 1 tbsp
Raisins 20 gms
GROUP 3
Beaten curd 300 gms
Sendha salt to taste
GROUP 4
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Broiled jeera powder 2 tsp
Tamarind chutney 1 tbsp
Corriander chilli chutney 1 tbsp
PROCEDURE:
- Heat oil in a wok. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of Group 1.
- Take the mixture and make a disc and stuff Group 2 items in it and fold like a bhalla.
- Add salt to the beaten curd and mix.
- Arrange the fried bhalla on a serving dish, pour beaten curd over it.
- Decorate with red chilli powder, jeera powder & dot with tamarind chutney and coriander chilli chutney
