Cooling Cucumber Raita

Like most fresh uncooked food, this mint flavoured cucumber raita packs in a load of nutrients and is good for your skin. You can even blend this in a liquidiser to make an innovative chaas.
Cooking Time : Nil. Preparation Time : 10 mins. Serves 4.
Ingredients
2 small cucumbers, chopped
3 to 4 tablespoons mint (phudina) leaves, chopped
2 cups low fat curds
� teaspoon roasted cumin seed (jeera) powder
salt to taste
How To Proceed
1. Whisk the curds until smooth.
2. Add the cucumber, mint leaves, cumin seed powder and salt and mix well.
3. Refrigerate till chilled.
4. Serve with rice or parathas.
