Kaddu ka Raita

Ingredients
One kaddu
2 teaspoons rai powder
2 teaspoons salt,
1 cup curd,
some oil for tudka
Rai,Hing,and
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon haldi,and
1 teaspoon mirchi powder
2 teaspoons cilantro
1 teaspoon dhania powder.
Method
make fine pieces of kaddu and cook it first in kadai by putting haldi and salt,
than take it in a bowl and put some dahi and all ingredients and mix it well and afterwards make some tudka and put on it and
you can garnish with finally chopped cilantro
