Ingredients
1/2 medium-sized raw mango, grated
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp urad dal
1 tbsp chana dal
20 curry leaves
1/2 tsp haldi
Salt to taste
500 gms rice
Few groundnuts, roasted and peeled (optional)
3 tbsp oil
Method
1. Cook rice and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed, urad dal, chana, dal, curry leaves, haldi, salt, groundnuts and mango. Cook for five
minutes.
3. Add cooked rice and cook for 10 minutes more.
4. Add the grated raw mangoes and mix well.
5. Serve with coriander leaves.
