Methi Pancake
Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 5 mins
Serves / Makes : 4 persons
Ingredients
1cup raw rice
2tbsp methi seed
3 green chillies
1tsp. ginger
salt to taste
little water
oil
Method
1. Soak methi seed and rice in water overnight.
2. next day grind it to a smooth batter, adding chilli,ginger and salt with little water.
3. Switch on the gas and put a flat pan on the gas stove.
4. With the hallow spoon pour the batter on the flat pan and spread it in the shape of dosa.
5. Bake both the side till golden brown. serve hot with tomato chutney.
pls.note: The batter should not be too thick nor too watery.
