Chinese Salad

INGREDIENTS

1/2 tbsp chilli paste
1/2 tbsp shrimp paste
1/2 tbsp roasted peanut powder
1/2 tbsp tamarind water
2 tsp chopped ginger flower
1/2 tsp chopped whole lime
A squeeze of lemon
1/4 cup diced pineapple
1/4 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup diced turnip
1/4 cup diced raw mango
1/4 cup beans sprouts
1/4 cup cooked jelly fish
1/4 cup diced tofu
1/4 cup fried wheat dough
2 lettuce leaves
parsley

METHOD

Mix all the ingredients well.

Toss the salad on lettuce leaves.

Garnish with parsley. Serve topped with roasted peanuts.
