Batata Dahi Sev Papdi

INGREDIENTS:
Boiled cut potatoes 2-3 nos
Finely cut onion 2 tsp
Coriander For garnish
Nylon sev 1 cup
Salt To taste
Sweet chutney 2 tsp
Dahi 3-4 tbsp
Papdi 8-10 nos
Green chutney 2 tsp
PROCEDURE:
1. Arrange papdi in a plate.
2. Put cut potatoes on each papdi, sprinkle salt then layer of dahi, chopped onion, then sweet chutney, green chutney, and add a layer of nylon shev.
3. Finally garnish with chopped coriander.
