Noodles Nest
INGREDIENTS:
Oil 3 tbsp.
Boiled noodles 100 gms.
Chopped garlic 1 tsp.
Chopped onion 2 tsp.
Diced chicken 40 gms.
Cauliflower 6-7 flowers
Grated carrots 1/2
Cabbage 2 leaves
Sliced mushroom 2-3 pcs.
Green, red and yellow capsicum 2 tbsp.
PROCEDURE:
- Heat oil in a kadhai and put boiled noodles. Revovle the noodles in kadhai till brown from both sides.
- Now place them in a serving dish.

For topping
- Heat a little oil in a kadhai and put chopped garlic and onion. When brown put chicken. Also add cauliflower, carrot, cabbage & mushroom and stir for a while.
- Now add capsicum and stock and cook for some time.
- Now add soya sauce, salt and white pepper powder.
- Add corn floour paste for thickening.
- Pour the soup on the noodles and garnish it with spring onions.
- Noodles nest is ready to serve.
