Ingredients:
Khajoor=250gm
Any biscuit powder=1 packet
Chopped cashew nut=10 no.
Chopd almond(badam)=10 no.
Raisen=10 no.
Method:
1) Remove the seed from khajoor .
2) Take a vessel heat ghee.Add khajoor and cook it well till it becomes much tender and sticks to the spoon well.
3)Then add cashew,raisen,almod in it and again cook it.
4)When it becomes completely thick remove from vessel,pour the thick paste on a plate then immediately pour biscuit powder, turning on all sides then roll it long.
5)Cut into peices and wrap it in gilden paper and Serve it.
