INGREDIENTS
Sugar 1 cup
Coconut 1 cup
Milk 1/4 cup
Ghee 3/4 cup
Cardamom Powder 1/2 t/s
Raisins 1/4 cup
PROCEDURE
Take sugar in a container and boil it,Add 1/4 cup ghee,
When it comes out like thread add coconut to it .Add cardamom powder and stir it well,
Fry raisins in the ghee and add it to the mixture,
When the mixture leaves the bottom,
Pour it into a plate greased with ghee,
And cut it into diamond shape and decor with raisins and ]
cashew nuts.
