Tips on Preservation of spices

Papads - Wrap them in a polythene sheet and store along with rice or 'dal. They will not break or crack. |

The best storage place for dried herbs and spices is in a cool, dark cupboard as heat is bad for them. |

Chili powder - By keeping a piece of asafetida in the chilies container you can store them for long. |
