Duur hai manzil raahein mushkil,aalam hai
tanhaai ka.
Aaj mujhe ehasaas hua hai apni shikastaapai
ka.
Dekh ke mujh ko duniya waale kehne lage hain
deewana (Umair ),
Aaj Wahaan hai ishq jahaan kuch Khauf nahi
ruswaai ka.
Chhod dein rasm-e-Khud-nigari ko,tod dein
apna imaan,
Khatam kiye deta hain zaalim roop teri angadaai
ka.
Maine ziya husn ko bakhshi us kaa to koi zikr
nahin,
Lekin ghar ghar mein charchaa hai aaj teri
raanaa-ii ka.
Ahal-e-havas ab ghabaraate hain duub ke
behar-e-Gam mein,
Pehle na thaa bechaaron ko andazaa geharai ka.
