The next day, when Alice woke up no one is around. Her parents, the maids, her doggies (Ezyerd and Anrha) even herr driver is not around.
“Nah.. What’s going on? Hello? Is anybody here? Helloooooooooooooo?” she decided to take her breakfast first before she looks for them.
In the middle of her breakfast she heard noises. It became louder and louder. Until she heard a “BANG!” She went outside to see what is happening. Right as she open the door: “Happy birthday Alice!” said of the people in front her.
Her parents walked near her. “Honey your speechless. Happy sixteenth birthday. Mom did this for you.”
She hugged her parents. “Oh, Mom! Thank you so much! I love you!”
“Happy birthday Ms. Alice.” said the servants. “We wish you to have a great one.” They added.
After the party. “Thank you very much for this wonderful day Mom and Dad. To think that I almost forget my own birthday. I am so blessed to you and Dad.”
“So are we.” said her Dad. “By the way, a certain Van called awhile ago.” said her Mom. “And he also wished---“
“Wish me what?” Alice asked while playing with her pets.
“Ali today is your birthday remember?” said her Dad. “I’m sleeping now honey I have work tomorrow morning. Happy birthday again and I love you.”
“Thanks Dad! Good night.” Her Dad kissed her and she kissed back
“Come here Ali. I have something to tell you. Dad and I already talk about this matter. “
“You sound so serious Mom.”
“This is a very serious thing Ali.”
“Ok. What is it?”
“You know that your grandfather has been killed recently. There is no one capable of ruling this world other than you Ali. You are a Mcduff! You should be Franklin Mcduff’s heir.
“But Mom, I am only 16 years old. How can I do such a thing? I don’t understand you!”
“Do you want to take revenge?”“I think so…” she whispered.
“Then be the ruler and find the murderer.”
“You mean you want me to kill granny’s murderer?”
“Sort of. My concern is that he offered all his life for us, for mother earth and you must follow him. Do you understand Ali?”
“Yes Mom, I do.”
“Ok. You better sleep now Ali. Goodnight. “
“Good night Mom, had a good day I love you!”

In Alice room. She can’t sleep. Been thinking for every word her Mom told her.
Her phone rang. Katelyn was calling.
“Hello Kat?” answered Alice.
“Happy Happy birthday bestii!” Katelyn sang.
“Thank you bestii!
“Always welcome my bestii! I’ll give my gift tomorrow. Hey! Guess what?”
“Yes?”
“Van asked me where you live. Is he there already?”
She looked outside but Van is not there.
“Nope.”
“Are you sure Ali?”
“Yes! He texted me awhile ago tha---.”
“Oh, he might get lost or something.”
“Find him bestii… bye for now! See you tomorrow!”
“Ok bestii.”
When she opens the door she was shocked to see who standing. For a minute there was silence.
Van spoke first. “I heard everything my dear. So you are the real heir of that evil man Mcduff!”
“W-what are you saying Van? Stop right there! You are acting so strange!”
“What do you think am I saying?”
“T-that book you are hold-“
“Yes! That evil grandfather of yours is the owner of this book. Take a look!” he flung the book on the floor.
Alice picked up the book. “This is full of blood!” shrieked Alice. And throw the book against the wall.
“Your grandfather’s blood is the right term.”
“Did you slaughter him? Are you his murderer?”
“Both yes!”
“But why!? How?”
“I am a vampire!”
“No you are not!”
“But I am!” he revealed his fangs and red eyes.
“Nooooo!” Alice cried.
“And your parents down there, I killed them too.”
“W-what did you say? You kil--?”
“Your parents! Want to be with them?!”
“No! Not now! I have to revenge for my parents and grandfather’s death. It’s between you and me. Werewolf versus Vampire!”
In an instant Alice changed from being human into a real werewolf.
